Assusoft software

Assusoft is a client-server software application, used by the HR-department of a company. The primary goal is: The communication of all information and changes in the employee data from the employer to the insurer(s).

The base input is a monthly file - a complete overview of all employees - generated by the payroll system. This file is loaded into Assusoft.

The result of this monthly process is:

• Audit of payroll data: generation of a report: overview of anomalies in the payroll.
• A number of emails will be sent (to each insurer), in attachment one or more reports. These reports contain all messages that the insurer needs to apply the necessary updates to its data correctly. Optionally the insurer gets an overview of all insured employees with their data.
• The reports only contain changes:
  • Only for persons affiliated to the plan
  • Relevant for the administration of that plan
• These reports are:
  • Sent to the administrator as agreed with the insurers.
  • In the format as negotiated with the insurer

It is always possible for a user to consult all current and historical data. Only once a month the user will use Assusoft to process that month's data. The user will do this in a convenient 3-step process.
